He later served as a Community Association Manager, adding depth to his expertise in contracts, operations, and property oversight.

With over 45 years of experience in the Tampa Bay area, Dave specializes in complex transactions, auction properties, beachfront sales, and private mortgage structures. Known for his steady approach and strong negotiation skills, he brings clarity, confidence, and results to every deal.
